Super wide angles range from about 8mm to 10mm on m4/3 cameras, 10mm to 14mm for APS-C cameras and 14mm to 20mm on full-frame cameras. The extra wide angle view helps tremendously with composition, especially when the plane of the Milky Way is high in the sky.
